Terms of services - Transfers


To make your reservation:

It can be done up to 12 hours before the desired date and time.
In an emergency, please call +351 969 271 083 To cancel your reservation:

Between 48h00 and 24h00 before the scheduled date, reimbursement of 50% of the reserved service.
24h before the scheduled date, reimbursement of 25% of the reserved service.
In the case of a reservation for round-trip transfers, the reimbursement calculation is made based on the amount without discounts, which may be applied to the purchase of the two routes.
In your Voucher, you will find the day and the time of our reception (pick-up) To make a cancellation, please contact us through E-mail; reservas@fantasticride.pt

To cancel a “return trip”:

If you have booked the round trips, you will lose the discount possibly applied and the single route will be done with the normal price.

Booking Hours:

We accept reservations 24 hours a day.

Reservations during holidays and weekends:

Our services are available for bookings through the website during these dates.

Arrival in destination

Transport of luggage:

In order for us to maintain our speed and efficiency, we can just leave the luggage at the door of your hotel or residence.

Pick up point at the airport:

At terminal 1, below the exit ramp, to the left. Look for our driver properly identified. Check your voucher, sent immediately after confirmation of payment.

If the flight is late:

The wait period is 30 minutes. If you can not show up at the scheduled time, we can try to accommodate you on the next transfer if it is feasible. We recommend that you check the arrival time at least 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival of the flight and which airline. You can still contact us by phone +351 969 271 083, e-mail reservas@fantasticride.pt or WhatsApp to advise of the delay in advance.

Luggage limit:

We allow two suitcases and one hand bag per person on the shared routes. In case of having more luggage, we suggest to opt for the private transfer.

Special Requests

People in a wheelchair:

Unfortunately our vehicles are not yet ready to accommodate people with special needs.

Pets allowed:

We accept dogs and cats only inside compartments suitable for transporting animals, belonging to the owner. We kindly request that you tell us about the transport of animals at the time of booking.

Discounts for babies:

For babies up to 3 years of age, for both transfers and tours. To benefit from the gratuity and preparation of the vehicle, we ask you to inform us at the time of booking.

Baby chair:

Please let us know in advance so we can be prepared.

Transport of unconventional luggage:

Pro example of ski or surf boards

If you have luggage in unconventional sizes, we ask that you contact us via reservas@fantasticride.pt so that we can validate according to the type of vehicle and availability of space.
