To cancel your reservation:
Between 48h00 and 24h00 before the date marked reimbursement of 50% of the corresponding route.

If there is bad weather on the day of the tour:
Regrettably we can not book for another date in case of bad weather.
Our tour leaves, always with good or bad weather.
Collection in areas outside the city of Lisbon:
There can only be value adjustment to compensate for the distance between the destination and your address.
Maximum number of children.
Our vans have 8 seats available.
There must be 1 adult responsible. The maximum quantity is 7 children.
During your Tour
What is included in the tours:
Each tour offers a package of activities and services.
All our tours are private in door-to-door mode.
In the pages of each tour we reserve a space where we inform you what is or is not included.
Feeding during the Tour:
Some tours include lunch, others do not.
The full day tours book a lunch period and stop at places where there are options for lunch or quick snacks.
All meals are at the client’s expense.
Delays to start the tour:
In case of delays on the part of the client, the guide will inform about a possible limitation of the visits to the attractions.
In case of delays due to Fantastic-Ride beyond 1 hour, we return the amount related to the percentage of time lost.
If there is a problem that prevents the tour from ending:
It will depend on the problem itself. If there is a problem with the vehicle or the driver, we will refund your money entirely or try to book another date.
A problem related to access to a tourist site, we will try to direct the customer to another equally important place without refund of money.
Difference between the end point of the starting point:
Provided that the address / address is within the same region.
